SYNTHETIC SUMMARY OF PAYMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS

Terms of payment:

  • Method of payment: the payment to HelloGroup srl can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or by bank transfer. The payment will be managed directly by the customer through an SSL link. Cheques or travel cheques are not accepted.
  • The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit equal to 25% of the total amount. The payment (deposit and then the balance) by credit card will be managed directly by the customer through an SSL link generated by HelloGroup srl.
  • The balance will be requested within 30 days of arrival, unless otherwise agreed with our booking office. In the case of bookings made within 30 days prior to the start of the stay, the full amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking.
  • When the payment is registered, the system generates the automated sending of the rental contract.
  • We inform you that the extras indicated on the contractual agreement (late check-in, security deposit, heating, extra services, etc.) must be regulated as indicated on the same. If the agreement is not respected, we will proceed to withdraw the amount due on the credit card communicated as a guarantee during the check-in.
  • Arrivals are scheduled from 4 to 8 pm. From 8 pm to 11 pm, an extra charge will be charged for late check-in (where applied). Arrivals after 11pm may not be accepted, and in these cases it is necessary to agree the arrival time in advance with our booking office.


Cancellation policies:


  • For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, NO cancellation penalty will be charged;
  • For cancellations communicated later than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the entire contract price will be charged.
