<p>Torre dello Scarparello is a beautiful spacious Villa with Pool equipped by the owners with everything to make your holiday a relaxing and pleasurable Apulian experience.</p>
<p>This nice Villa sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in all and one nice comfortable large double sofa-bed. Villa is featuring 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms where one is with double bed and one with twin beds, on the first floor. The lounge has also a three seater double sofa-bed and open large fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a full range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.<br />
	Torre dello Scarparello is featuring four air conditioning units throughout the villa (one in the living room, and one in each bed-room). All the rooms are airy and light, with shutters and fly screens and comfortably furnished to a high standard. The villa is very suitable for senior guests, people with disabilities and also children, at the ground floor with no steps at all!</p>
<p>Both of the two nice toilettes are with sink, toilet and bidet. One with large showers (ground floor) and one with bath-shower (first floor).</p>

	Also a covered veranda ideal for eating al-fresco style, a family sized BBQ and with a further outdoor table and chairs seating 8 people.<br />
	A selection of beaches are only 5kms away.</p>
<p>The 12m x 6m luxury swimming-pool is shared only with the two owners (two beautiful and totally discreet doctors). The nice pool is 80mt far from the villa, just after the beautiful private garden of this villa.</p>
<p>Finally, large doors and no steps (at the ground floor) are making this villa suitable also for people with disabilities (building and garden but not for the pool area).</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Villa Rita is a modern large villa with private pool commanding a panoramic position on the famous hills between Monopoli and Castellana Grotte.</p>
<p>This large villa was totally renovated at the end of May 2009. Villa is superbly equipped with high quality furniture and brand new electrical appliances, TV-sat, hi-fi, playstation, dolby-surround and much more&#8230;</p>
<p>This self-catering property is composed of two ground floor flats and one on the first floor .Both of the two ground floor&#8217;s flat are rented at the same family/party.</p>
<p>Ground floor flat has two large bedrooms, one bathroom with jacuzzi, one with shower, one large living room, one dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.</p>
<p>The second flat has a large bedroom, one bathroom with large shower, one living/dining room and open space kitchen.</p>
<p>First floor flat is offering a large internal living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi, one with shower), a fully equipped kitchen. Also, is offering a very comfortable external area in veranda with many sofa, TV-sat, playstation and also air-conditioned.</p>
<p>The lovely garden has a wide variety of fruit trees and many ancient olive trees.</p>
<p>The pool area has three comfortable gazebos and external furniture including sun-chairs and big umbrellas.</p>
<p>Villa Rita is located in a very quiet and tranquil setting where guests can enjoy great views of the hills around Monopoli.</p>
<p>We suggest this villa for one or two families with children where privacy is granted and children can play safely!</p>
<p>Please note: In the villa there are two beautiful dogs, but are totally separated from the guests&#8217; external area. Also, owners are using the first floor&#8217;s apartment quite rarely and they are only two people.</p>
<p><strong>Villa Rita &#8211; About the area</strong><br />
Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe&#8217;s largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.</p>
<p>Monopoli is a very nice town on the sea, famous, apart for its beaches and clean waters, also for its baroque churches.</p>
<p>What to see:</p>
<p>- CATHEDRAL &#8211; it is one of the most attractive examples of Baroque in the entire Apulian region. Its imposing monumental front is flanked on the left by an elegant bell tower that has markedly projecting cornices separating its floors. Notable is the Byzantine icon portraying the Madonna della Madia &#8211; legend tells that the sacred image was washed up from the sea on a stack of trunks, that were then used for the building of the trussed roof &#8211; very well-preserved and of fine workmanship, it dates from 1280.</p>
<p>- SANTA MARIA DEGLI AMALFITANI &#8211; a Romanesque building erected at the beginning of the twelfth century on a pre-existing rock settlement.</p>
<p>- ABBEY OF SANTO STEFANO a fortified complex built in 1086, the remains of an old church survive in the inner courtyard, still inside there are the visible remains of the Roman settlement of Turris Paola, one of the landing places for nearby Egnazia.</p>
<p>- CASTLE bounded on three sides by the sea and protected on the fourth by a moat that no longer exists, it was used as a prison until the beginning of the twentieth century, the castle has been recently restored and today houses the Municipal Archaeological Museum on its first floor.</p>
<p>- PURGATORIO CHURCH with images of skeletons on its doors. Inside you will find familiar Baroque interior but on the adjusting chapel you will find mummies of some local citizens. If the church is closed then you can watch some of the mummies through the street window.</p>
<p>- PALAZZO PALMIERI central square of the Centro Storico.</p>
<p>- MADONNA DEL SOCCORSO CHURCH old grotto with frescoes was dug out of a natural cavity in the rock.</p>
<p>THE COUNTRY</p>
<p>It consists of 99 districts (contrade) characterized by the presence of Masserie Fortificate of ancient roman origin, Rupestrian Churches, neo-classic villas and houses.</p>
<p>The outstanding landscape consists of almond and olive trees, apart from fruit trees of all sort and vegetables cultivation.</p>

<p>La casa di Sara is a nice brand new accommodation with pool (the use of pool is shared only with the family&#39; owners) located in a very panoramic position in the famous hills between Monopoli and Castellana Grotte.</p>
<p>This villa was totally renovated at the end of February 2009. Villa is very well equipped with high quality furniture and brand new large and small electrical appliances.</p>
<p>La casa di Sara is located in a very quiet place from when guests can enjoy great views of the green hills around Monopoli. This self-catering house boasts stunning grounds for guests to enjoy with hundreds of olive and fruit trees.</p>
<p>At the entrance there is a large and light living room with two sofas and fireplace and then the cosy fully equipped kitchen. Then first matrimonial bedroom, one twin room with two single beds and between these rooms there is a bathroom with tub-shower.</p>
<p>The second matrimonial bedroom is ensuite with exit to the private garden.</p>
<p>La casa di Sara also has a private pool of 10x5mt which guests can use whenever they want. The use of this pool is shared only with the owners but this is a rare occurrence!</p>
<p>We recommend this excellent villa for one/two families with children where privacy is granted and children can play safely!</p>

<p><strong>Casa di Sara &#8211; About the area</strong></p>
</div>
<div>
<p>Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe&#39;s largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.</p>
<p>Monopoli is a very nice town on the sea, famous, apart for its beaches and clean waters, also for its baroque churches.</p>
<p>What to see:</p>
<p>- CATHEDRAL &#8211; it is one of the most attractive examples of Baroque in the entire Apulian region. Its imposing monumental front is flanked on the left by an elegant bell tower that has markedly projecting cornices separating its floors. Notable is the Byzantine icon portraying the Madonna della Madia &#8211; legend tells that the sacred image was washed up from the sea on a stack of trunks, that were then used for the building of the trussed roof &#8211; very well-preserved and of fine workmanship, it dates from 1280.</p>
<p>- SANTA MARIA DEGLI AMALFITANI &#8211; a Romanesque building erected at the beginning of the twelfth century on a pre-existing rock settlement.</p>
<p>- ABBEY OF SANTO STEFANO a fortified complex built in 1086, the remains of an old church survive in the inner courtyard, still inside there are the visible remains of the Roman settlement of Turris Paola, one of the landing places for nearby Egnazia.</p>
<p>- CASTLE bounded on three sides by the sea and protected on the fourth by a moat that no longer exists, it was used as a prison until the beginning of the twentieth century, the castle has been recently restored and today houses the Municipal Archaeological Museum on its first floor.</p>
<p>- PURGATORIO CHURCH with images of skeletons on its doors. Inside you will find familiar Baroque interior but on the adjusting chapel you will find mummies of some local citizens. If the church is closed then you can watch some of the mummies through the street window.</p>
<p>- PALAZZO PALMIERI central square of the Centro Storico.</p>
<p>- MADONNA DEL SOCCORSO CHURCH old grotto with frescoes was dug out of a natural cavity in the rock.</p>
<p>THE COUNTRY</p>
<p>It consists of 99 districts (contrade) characterized by the presence of Masserie Fortificate of ancient roman origin, Rupestrian Churches, neo-classic villas and houses.</p>
<p>The outstanding landscape consists of almond and olive trees, apart from fruit trees of all sort and vegetables cultivation.</p>

	This property has been totally restored saving the typical and original features, stones, woods, &quot;chianche&quot;&#8230; stands in very panoramic position over an hill with beautiful long view over the countryside area and hills of Valle d&#39;Itria till Martina Franca and Locorotondo. Is surrounded by the famous ancient olive trees and also fruit trees.</p>
<p>The complex is offering 3 large bedrooms and two toilettes. Two of those bedrooms are located in the large Casale and one (as suite) is in the triple cones&#39; trulli.<br />
	Every bedroom is connected with the large living-dining room with fireplace and TV set.</p>
<p>This villa should easily accommodate up to 8 guests in very comfortable and typical rooms. Guests are exclusive use of the private pool and outside double barbecue.</p>
<p>From the outside patio guests can enjoy the beautiful view over 2000sqm of land around the property and his centenary olive trees.</p>

<p>A modern and large villa with private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms in a beautiful panoramic sea view hill.This villa is the best way to have a relaxing holiday: it stands in a very quiet area and it is fully furnished with all comforts.</p>
<p>Villa is composed by at ground floor:</p>
<p>Large dinning room with kitchen area (with electrical oven, fridge, refrigerator and all comforts), one double bedroom, one toilette with shower and laundry room.</p>
<p>At the first floor we have:</p>
<p>2 large living room conditioned with with double sofa, bookcase, TV and fireplace, two double bedrooms with cupboard, two bedrooms with two single beds each one (we can use also as double bedrooms). Then two toilettes with shower, bidet and wc.</p>
<p>External Area</p>
<p>Fully panoramic sea view swimming pool area with outside furnitures, veranda all around the villa, very comfortable area with firewood furnace, cooking stove and barbecue.</p>
<p>Parking place in the picketed area of the villa.</p>
<p>This relaxing villa stands in a perfect position between sea places and cultural sites:</p>
<p>The wonderful Polignano a Mare with its suggestive natural cavesis only 5 km away; also Castellana Grotte, Monopoli and Alberobello are very close and easy to reach from the villa.</p>
<p>We suggest Villa le Rose for a large family or two family for up to 10 guests, children are really welcome as the position of villa is really safe and far from the nearest roads. Also the panoramic position is granting a &quot;fresh&quot; natural cold air and great privacy in a &quot;high level&quot; residential context.</p>
<p><strong>About the area</strong></p>

<p>Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe&#39;s largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.</p>
<p>Polignano a Mare overlooks the sea with houses from high up on the rocks. The buildings are all whitewashed, there is a stunning cathedral. The numerous caves in Polignano al Mare were formed from the rough sea waves that molded the rock. Some of the caves are deep enough to reach the center of the town</p>
<p>What to see:</p>
<p>- Chiesa Matrice, consacrated in 1295, with a massive, quadrangular bell tower. The 16th century Renaissance style prevails inside the church, but the presbytery is Baroque.</p>
<p>- S. Vitos Abbey, with a sixteenth-century loggia, a large courtyard and a medieval watch-tower.</p>
<p>- Palazzese Grotto can be reached from the sea and from land, via a staircase inside the famous restaurant of the same name.</p>

<p>RATES DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS (UP TO 8, 8 TO 10)</p>
<p>Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).</p>
<p>Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.</p>
<p>Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.</p>
<p>Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.</p>
<p>No pets.</p>
<p>Final cleaning mandatory EUR 100.</p>
<p>Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.</p>
<p>Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.</p>
<p>Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.</p>
<p>Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.</p>
<p>Bed linen and bath towels available on request &#8211; EUR 10 per person.</p>
<p>Heating &#8211; if used &#8211; is billed at EUR 75 per week.</p>
