Masseria Donno Sante is a very nice traditional trullo property with lamie that could accommodate up to 16 guests in four separate area of the property.

B) Grande Dependace (4+2 pax) which is featuring:
- A large bedroom with 4 single beds;

C) Piccola Dependance (2 pax)composed by:
- Suite with bedroom and bathroom in a typical lamia;

D) The Grotto’s Dependance (2 pax)- available only on request:
- Suite with bedroom and bathroom, and external private area;

These ancient trulli were recently renovated to the highest standard, maintaining all original Puglian  features. The large (20.000 sqm) designed and typical garden is full of fruit and ancient olive trees. Dry stones walls and the beautiful design pool add even more character to this beautiful property.

Many famous tourist sites are located nearby; Ostuni, the  Unesco site Alberobello, the famous caves of Castellana Grotte and the beautiful seaside towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.

We recommend this property as it offers a beautiful and comfortable holiday experience in a  stylish up market holiday location. Three / four families could be accommodated very well, enjoying the “charme” of this superb place.

RATES DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS – up to 8 guests (we mean 6+2 gusts), up to 14 guests (10+2+2 guests), up to 16 guests (12+2+2 guests)

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).

Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.

Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 500,00 (or by Credit Card).

Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed).

Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.

In the masseria is standing a large three bedroom apartment accommodating up to 6 people. Beautiful views from the rooms and covered balcony towards the hills on one side and over the olive trees to the sea on the other. Secluded and very private, yet only a five minute drive from a choice of lovely beaches and ten minutes from the delightful historical town of Monopoli in the region of Puglia in Southern Italy.

The apartment has recently been extensively restored and now is fully furnished with a lot of high quality’s & antique furniture. Now its comfortably sleeps 6 plus cots in one of the three bedrooms.

Accommodation details:

- Large living room (with limestone flooring throughout), with covered balcony has panoramic views and outside furniture, with TV flat and DVD player

- Dining room/kitchen with original fireplace, well equipped for self catering needs

- First matrimonial bedroom leading off the main room, with vaulted ceilings and ensuite bathrooms with shower and dressing room

- Second matrimonial bedroom with beautiful view over the backside hills of Monopoli Santoronzo.

There are sun loungers and an umbrella for sunbathing on a separate terrace with sea views across the courtyard (also extra bathroom and kitchen). Bicycles are available on request.

Within a five minute drive you can find a spectacular weekly food market, a number of restaurants and cafes, delis, butchers and bread makers. A great place to come to get away from it all, high or low season, thanks to southern Italy?s gorgeous climate.

Take a walk in the olive grove, help yourself to an abundance of fresh vegetables and herbs from the outside kitchen garden and lemons from our trees. Finish off your day with drinks on our 360 degree panoramic roof terrace at one of the many beautiful sunsets.

The owner of Masseria Santoronzo produces award winning olive oil and during May and September is also making olive oil tasting and class of Puglia style local kitchen.

We suggest this nice property for whom is looking for a really typical “Puglia farmhouse experience”, this is not a luxury property, this is a truly property with apulian’ charm.
