c) to obtain by the data collector the certificate according to which the possible data update or deletion is brought to knowledge – also as what its content concerns – of people to whom data have been communicated or diffused, except for the case in which the execution is impossible and implies a manifestly disproportionated employ of means in respect to the defended right.
