A beautiful typical Puglian apartment overlooking the sea, Il Nido sul Mare is simply enchanting. You will find a romantic and magical atmosphere with the sound of the sea dashing against the rocks below the house.
The apartment offers comfortable living area with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet, then a hallway where you will find a reading table next to windows overlooking the tiny streets below, the kitchen equipped with all kinds of useful appliances and at the end, the master bedroom with two windows overlooking the beautiful cliff and turquiose sea below.
The Nido Sul Mare was completely renovated in typical tasteful Puglian style with tuff walls and a lovely top quality rustic furniture.
We strongly recommend Il Nido for couples looking for a comfortable and exclusive romantic getaway or a small family (only with children over 12 years – for safety reasons – the balconies overlooking the sea!).
Its possible to rent the property in B & B formula with breakfast and daily linen change.

Nido sul Mare – About the area
Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.
Polignano a Mare overlooks the sea with houses from high up on the rocks. The buildings are all whitewashed, there is a stunning cathedral. The numerous caves in Polignano al Mare were formed from the rough sea waves that molded the rock. Some of the caves are deep enough to reach the center of the town
What to see:
- Chiesa Matrice, consacrated in 1295, with a massive, quadrangular bell tower. The 16th century Renaissance style prevails inside the church, but the presbytery is Baroque.
- S. Vitos Abbey, with a sixteenth-century loggia, a large courtyard and a medieval watch-tower.
- Palazzese Grotto can be reached from the sea and from land, via a staircase inside the famous restaurant of the same name.

Nido sul Mare – Rental conditions and tariffs
Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250 with credit card.
Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.
No pets.
Final cleaning mandatory EUR 50.
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.
Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.
Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
Bed linen and bath towels available on request – EUR 10 per person.
Heating – if used – is billed at EUR 50 per week.
