Casa San Leonardo terra is a charming studio apartment on the ground floor in a quiet area in the centre of the charming and authentic centro storico of Monopoli.
This nice typical flat stands only 150 meters from the nearest beach place and less from at least 15 cafes and restaurants, many churches, charming piazzas, the old harbour with fishing boats, many shops and beautiful houses within 5 minutes walk from the house. And much more to enjoy if you walk a bit further?
This apartment with the original old charming lime stone walls and vaulted ceiling has its own atmosphere and for 2 people it is the perfect alternative to a hotel room. There is also a baby cot available (with a little extra) to accommodate a children from 1 to 3 years old.
The apartment is tastefully equipped with charming furniture and a brand new double bed and lots of space for clothes etc. The sleeping area is separated from the kitchen area which includes a kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer, small dining area as well as a charming bathroom with shower.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.

Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.

Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
