Delightful panoramic sea view house 50 mt. away from the famous Piazza del Campanile on the heart of historical centre of Polignano a Mare.
With typical Puglia’s walls of tuff and beautiful barrel vaults, the house has been completely renovated with conservative style. Now is really fully furnished and very comfortable for a romantic stay.
The flat is on two floors plus double terrace sea view:
First floor with a nice living room with fireplace, sofa, TV flat and internet WiFi.
There is also a little balcony with street view.
Beside there is the very well equipped kitchen on walls, with fires, microwave, washing machine. Also on the same floor there is the toilette with a nice shower box with “idromassaggio”.
One the second floor we have the matrimonial bedroom with TV and phone, and authentic “massello” wood (solid wood).
At the third floor there are the two terraces. The first one, little but really panoramic with view of “Lama Monachile”. The second one, larger with a nice cover and external furniture and on-wall barbecue.
Total surface is approximate 50 sqm plus 40 sqm of terraces.
About the area
Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.
Polignano a Mare overlooks the sea with houses from high up on the rocks. The buildings are all whitewashed, there is a stunning cathedral. The numerous caves in Polignano al Mare were formed from the rough sea waves that molded the rock. Some of the caves are deep enough to reach the center of the town
What to see:
Chiesa Matrice, consacrated in 1295, with a massive, quadrangular bell tower. The 16th century Renaissance style prevails inside the church, but the presbytery is Baroque.
S. Vitos Abbey, with a sixteenth-century loggia, a large courtyard and a medieval watch-tower.
Palazzese Grotto can be reached from the sea and from land, via a staircase inside the famous restaurant of the same name.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) eur 250.
Finally cleanings eur 60
Please be sure to leave the house in a good conditions before to leave otherwise we must apply a supplement.
Please inform us about pets/animals, as they should be accepted with a supplement to pay.
Arrival time is in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions).
Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am).
Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from eur 10 per person.
Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.
Electricity billed by use eur 0,30 kwh
Heating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is eur 35 per week.
