Sogno d’Epoca is a cosy B&B situated in a building dating back to the early 19th century, near the Medieval town of Monopoli, which was inhabited by the Apuli in ancient times.

Equipped with all the necessary comforts (plasma TV, air conditioner, frigo-bar, sweet and salted appetizers), it is the appropriate place for a relaxing stay.

Located between the Borgo Murattiano (designed by Giocchino Murat) and the Baroque old town centre flourishing in Byzantine and Norman eras, Sogno d’Epoca is a residence where to live in an authentically Mediterranean atmosphere.
At a few steps distance you find the crystalline waters of the Adriatic Sea, the old town where the works by Jacopo Palma, called the Young, stand out, the Byzantine icon of the Madonna della Madia (about 1280) and the Romanic church of Santa Maria degli Amalfitani.

Between the rarefied colours of the Mediterranean bush and the Murge landscape, to complete an offer that you can not miss, you can find the fantastic caves of Castellana, the peculiarity of the trulli of Alberobello and the archaeological site of Egnatia. The owners offer a hospitality in a historical property situated in the centre of the town.
The reception, refined and exclusive, takes place in 6 well-equipped rooms supplied with a bathroom with a private balcony with a view and only during summer in a well-refined flat equipped with every kind of comfort. The furniture of the rooms is handmade and it derives from the old Apulia tradition, fabrics made by a frame embellish the rooms, wrought iron beds and precious skins with blankets made by frame and furnishings in pottery are wisely combined in a mixture of sobriety and charm.

Prices:

• B&B in low season per night: 60 Euro in double room; included breakfast
• B&B in high season per night: 80 Euro in double room; included breakfast

• Low season in B&B: from 15/09 to 30/06
• High season in B&B: from 01/07 to 14/09

• Added bed: 20 Euro

Rental conditions:

• Cancellation: the guest pay 30% of the amount of the stay through bank transfer. For cancellations the deposit won’t be returned.
• Minimum stay: one night in low season; four nights in high season
• Children: free until 2 years; from 2 to 8 years +25%
• Check-In: from 4 p.m.
• Check-Out: to 11 a.m.
