In the heart of Puglia, between the white houses overlooking the blue sea of Polignano, was born Casa Dorsi, a residence situated in the historic centre, near the bastion of S. Stefano and adjacent the former church with the same name, currently gallery Pino Pascali. The residence is composed of 4 abodes on 3 different levels. We preserved the original floors and chose furnishings respectful of the place, using wood and wrought iron to give the feeling of diving into ancient times.

Rooms:

Barca: The abode, on the ground floor, is composed of 3 rooms: bedroom, living area with sofa bed, kitchenette and refrigerator and, finally, below, a little natural cave where we made a small gym. The Barca (boat) is marked out by the stone barrel vault and can accommodate 2-3 people. It is soundproof, equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, private bathroom.

Vela (Sailing) is located on the first floor. It's endowed with a master bedroom with the barrel vault and stone on sight, original floors and a little balcony. In the linving area there are kitchenette and refrigerator. The abode is a two-room soundproof, equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi and a private bathroom with balcony overlooking the sea.

At the top there's The Gabbiano (Seagull), a soundproof bed-sit with double bed, equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi connection, private bathroom with a window overlooking the sea and hairdryer. The access to two verandas common from this room is immediate because it is the nearest one.

The Suite Acqua (water) is an old stone house recently fully renovated equipped with living area with kitchenette on the first floor with sea view in a unique environment with sitting area and fireplace. From a stone staircase you can lead to the second floor, where you can find the master bedroom with large window overlooking the sea. Upstairs there is the private terrace with sea view, with beds for sunbathing and table to dine in an unforgettable scene. With stone walls, Suite Acqua is cool in summer and warm in winter, so do not need air conditioning.

• B&B in low season per night: from 30 Euro per person
• B&B in mid season per night: from 40 Euro per person
• B&B in high season per night: from 50 Euro per person

• Low season in B&B: from 01/10 to 30/04
• Mid season in B&B: from 01/05 to 31/07 and from 01/09 to 30/09
• High season in B&B: from 01/08 to 31/08

Rental conditions:

• Cancellation: We require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Helloapulia will not charge your credit card without your credit card authorization form. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before day of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before day of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of reservations will be charged. Early departure: 50 percent of nights cancelled will be refunded.
