A stunning large 3 bedroom villa in the beautiful ground of the Masseria Due Torri. The location is perfect providing both sunny and shady terrace from where you may enjoy the views of the countryside and the sea. The villa itself is private with ample parking and its own access from the road. The sparkling large pool is shared with the occupants of the Masseria. The lovely gardens with impressive age-old olive trees surround the property and encompass the beautiful pool – a heavenly location for some serious day dreaming whilst sipping a glass of delicious local wine.

Entry is into a central hallway which leads to all rooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with a ensuite. There is then a further twin bedroom and a double bed with an ensuite. The modern open-plan kitchen, with its fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, invites you to try some sumptuous Italian cooking and this spacious home also offers a comfortable lounge with large sofa bed and dining room.

Double doors from the lounge lead onto a wonderful covered terrace where you find ample dining space for eight people making it perhaps the most used area in the villa-breakfast, lunch and dinner all al-fresco! Just as a bonus, at the side of the villa, some steps lead up onto a wonderful roof terrace boasting a super panoramic sea view – great for sunbathing by day and counting the stars by night – who could want for more?

Rooms:

The Farmhouse Family is composed by a family apartment self catering for 4/5 persons that comprises a large lounge/ dining room with 2/3 single beds, TV/Satellite/DVD. Fully equiped Kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer). 1 double bedroom. Bathroom (bath and shower). Large terrace Use of  laundry room.

We maintain a library of tourist information, maps etc… in the masseria for use by guests during their stay. There is also an extensive collection of book, magazines, DVDs and videos, together with  board games and outdoor games.

Two “Garden Room” are costituted by a large double room with ensuite bathroom, TV/Satellite/DVD, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, terrace. Use of laundry room.

Breakfast is served on the garden terrace or in the refectory. Continental  style of fresh local produce and seasonal fresh fruits.

Prices:

• Apartment in low season: 940 Euro for a week
• Apartment in mid season: 1100 Euro for a week
• Apartment in high season: 1500 Euro for a week

• Low Season: from 01st November to 31th March
• Mid Season: from 01st April to 31th May and from 01st September to 31th October
• High Season: from 01st June to 31th August

Prices are inclusive of gas and electricity, luxury towels and bed linens (changed weekly) and cleaning  (apartment weekly, B&B rooms daily). A security deposit of Euro 300 is required for the self catering accomodation. Pool towels are available on request.

Bed&Breakfast rooms:

• Price for 2 people sharing in low season: 35 Euro for night — 405 Euro for week — 505 Euro weekly rental self catering
• Price for 2 people sharing in mid season: 75 Euro for night — 485 Euro for week — 565 Euro weekly rental self catering
• Price for 2 people sharing in high season: 95 Eurofor night — 595 Euro for week — 865 Euro weekly rental self catering

For larger families or groups who wish to holiday together we are able to offer one or two adjacent rooms in order to increase the self catering accomodation, which could comprise the whole ground floor of the Masseria including the small sitting room..

Rental conditions:

• Cancellation: the guest pay 25% of the amount of the stay through bank transfer. For cancellations the deposit won’t be returned.
• Children: free until 2 years.
• Check-In: from 4 p.m.
• Check-Out: to 10 a.m.
• Credit card accepted: not accepted. Payment through cash, bank transfer or travel cheque.
