TEACHER FREDERICK CABAZ
I started my study of bodywork over 15 years ago. My first interest lied in sports injuries and physiotherapy but quickly my fascination for postural work grew.
I investigated numerous techniques such as rolfing, alexander technique or craniosacral therapy, Iyengar yoga and was in parallele very fortunate to learn Tai Chi and Chi Kung from a well know teacher: Master Lam Kam Chuen.
As a result of these influences, massage came naturally. All these disciplines taught me different types of approaches, touches and intentions, that can be use to heal, relax, invigorate or at its best to discover one self.
Side by side with my work in London, I started to work in Puglia in 2006 when I co-founded the Centre for Movement Therapy in Monopoli, where I practice massage and teach Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
